Alon, Oren and Tal Alexander, co-founders of the high-end brokerage Official, have been arrested on federal sex-trafficking charges, accused of drugging and sexually assaulting dozens of victims over more than a decade.
Prosecutors allege the brothers lured women to parties or trisex trafficking with promises of luxury perks, later assaulting them. The charges include sex-trafficking conspiracy and trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion. Tal Alexander faces an additional count of sex trafficking.
The Alexanders, who stepped down from Official earlier this year, deny the allegations and face related civil lawsuits. The Manhattan U.S. Attorney’s office, known for high-profile trafficking cases like those against Jeffrey Epstein’s associate Ghislaine Maxwell, will provide further details.
The scandal threatens reputational damage to Official, a brokerage specializing in luxury real estate across New York, Miami, and Aspen, as the case unfolds. If convicted, the brothers face severe penalties.
